Skillviss: Terms of Use

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing this training. These Terms act as a binding agreement between you (“Student”, “User”) and Skillviss (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Problem Solving Training module or related materials, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Accounts & Access
You must create an account to access this course and its resources. You are responsible for maintaining account security, including password confidentiality.
You may not:
Share your login credentials with others
Access another user’s account
Transfer or sell your account
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the training materials.
2. Course Enrollment & License
When you enroll in this Problem Solving Training, Skillviss grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the training content for personal, educational use only.
You may not:
Copy, distribute, broadcast, or resell course materials
Publish or upload the training content online
Use the content for commercial training unless authorized
Modify or create derivative works based on this training
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments must be made using valid payment methods.
Refund eligibility will follow Skillviss platform policy.
Refunds are not provided for:
Completed modules
Downloaded resources
Certificates already issued
Improper refund behavior may result in account restriction.
4. Acceptable Use & Behavior Rules
You agree to use this training only for lawful, ethical purposes.
You must not:
Harass instructors or participants
Use the course for fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities
Submit plagiarized, copyrighted, or offensive content
Disrupt sessions, coaching calls, or interactive modules
Any violation may result in removal from the course without refund.
5. Content Ownership & Rights
You retain ownership of the comments, assignments, and submissions you create during the course.
By posting content, you grant Skillviss permission to:
Use, display, store, and share your submissions internally
Improve course quality and user experience
6. Use of Training Content at Your Own Risk
This course is designed for educational purposes in operational problem solving, quality improvement, root cause analysis, and DMAIC methodology.
You understand and agree that:
Examples (like freezer issue, Pontiac case, printer 5-Why, etc.) are educational, simplified illustrations
Problem solving Training module
Decisions you make in your work environment based on this training are your responsibility
Skillviss does not guarantee specific business results or outcomes
You assume full responsibility for any action taken based on the course content.
7. Platform Rights
We own all platform-related technology including:
Logos
Website
Tools
User interface
Learning management features
You may not reverse engineer, copy, or tamper with any part of the platform.
8. Coaching Sessions (If Provided)
If this course includes live coaching:
Sessions may not be recorded, shared, or redistributed
You must maintain professional behavior
Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless allowed by policy
Coaching sessions offer educational guidance only, not professional consulting.
9. Certificates
After completing all required modules, activities, or assessments, you may receive an electronic certificate.
Certificates are:
Non-transferable
Meant for personal professional development
Subject to verification through Skillviss systems
10. Disclaimers
The training content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, performance, or suitability for any specific purpose.
We do not guarantee:
That the training will lead to defect reduction
That DMAIC or 8D application will eliminate all problems
That your performance or organizational KPIs will improve
Content is purely educational.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skillviss is not liable for:
Loss of data
Business interruptions
Output errors from applying quality tools
Incorrect interpretations of DMAIC or problem-solving tools
Financial losses, penalties, or customer escalations resulting from user actions
Total liability will not exceed the course fee paid.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Skillviss harmless against any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the training content or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by local applicable laws in your region unless otherwise explicitly stated by Skillviss.
14. Updates to These Terms
Skillviss may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the course signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
